Print Shop Management System
Every order carries its full financial picture — what the customer pays, what the vendor costs, and the margin left over — next to the contact details, documents and current status.
Full demo — see the system working before you talk to anyone.
The whole job, end to end
Six steps from an enquiry to knowing what you made on it. Nothing leaves the system halfway through and comes back as an email attachment.
-
Lead
A new enquiry lands as a customer record with contact details and notes.
-
Order
Line items priced as you build them, including by the square foot for signage.
-
Proposal
Send a priced proposal as a link. No account, no login for the customer.
-
Signature
They sign it in the browser. The order moves on the moment they do.
-
Fulfillment
Assign a vendor and track the job across the board until it ships.
-
Receipt & profit
Issue the receipt, and the margin on that job is already calculated.
You always know the margin
Sell price, vendor cost, profit and margin sit on every order, and the totals are computed and enforced by the database rather than by whatever was typed into a form. The dashboard adds them up: pipeline value, revenue, total profit, average margin, conversion rate, and which vendors you spend the most with.
Proposals your customer can sign in a browser
A proposal goes out as a tokenized link. The customer opens it, reads the priced breakdown and signs on screen. They never create an account or remember a password, which is the difference between a proposal signed today and one chased for a fortnight.
A board that matches how the shop actually runs
Orders live on a Kanban pipeline you drag between statuses, filterable by status, vendor, date or customer. Order, proposal and receipt numbers follow a prefix-year-sequence format that resets each January, and a deleted number is recycled rather than leaving a gap in the books.
Staff see the job, not necessarily the margin
Permissions are set per user, not per role. Someone quoting and scheduling can be given everything they need without seeing what the shop makes on the work — and the restricted columns are left out of the query entirely rather than hidden in the page.
Vendors, rate cards and reports
Each vendor carries the orders they fulfilled and what you have spent with them. Rate cards keep pricing consistent between whoever is quoting. Reports cover revenue, profit and margin over time, spend per vendor and per product, and export to CSV when your accountant wants it in a spreadsheet.
Your shop, your name on it
The system is whitelabeled. Your logo and your domain, so a proposal link you send a customer lands on your address rather than ours.
What it costs
$50 a month. That is the whole price — the same way our websites are priced, and for the same reason: a number you can decide on without a sales call is worth more than a number you have to ask for.
- No setup fee and no implementation charge.
- Hosting, updates and support are included, not billed separately.
- No annual contract. Stop whenever it stops being useful.
- Your data is yours, and you can export it at any point.
Who it is for
Built for print shops and sign shops running jobs through a mix of spreadsheets, email threads and memory. That works, right up until someone asks what the margin was on a job from three months ago.
If you are not sure whether it fits how your shop runs, watch the demo first. It is the fastest way to find out, and it does not involve talking to us.
How to get started
Send us a message telling us roughly how many jobs you run in a month and what you use today. We will tell you honestly whether this is a fit — including if we think it is not.
Let’s talk about what your site should be doing
Tell us what you do and where you work. We will give you a straight answer on whether we can help, what it would take and what it would cost — usually the same day.
- Reply within one business day
- No sales sequence, no obligation
